Patricia EllenCLARKE(Birtley). Passed peacefully in St Bede's Hospice on 19th October 2025 aged 69 years.
Dearly loved wife of Peter, much loved mam to Stewart, Laura and Rachel, adored nana to Martha, Freya, Henry and Otis. Pat will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service and farewell at Birtley Crematorium on Friday 31st October at 2.30pm.
